The rules of the seas — what you agree to when you join the ArcadeVirell crew.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ArcadeVirell platform, including all games, features, social tools, and content available at our website. By accessing ArcadeVirell, creating an account, or playing a single hand of BlackJack, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision, you must not use the platform.
ArcadeVirell is a social entertainment platform. It is not a gambling site, a casino, or a financial service of any kind. No real money is accepted, wagered, or awarded. All gameplay is conducted using virtual points that hold no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash, goods, or services of any description. This distinction is fundamental to everything we do.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use ArcadeVirell. In some jurisdictions the minimum age may be higher — you are responsible for knowing and complying with the laws applicable to you. By accepting these Terms you represent and warrant that you meet the minimum age requirement in your jurisdiction. We reserve the right to suspend or permanently close any account where we have reasonable grounds to believe an age restriction has been breached.
You must also have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. Accounts created on behalf of third parties, or by automated bots, scripts, or similar means, are strictly prohibited and will be terminated without notice.
⚓ Core Platform Rule
Virtual points awarded or accumulated on ArcadeVirell are solely for entertainment purposes. They have no monetary value. They cannot be withdrawn, transferred, sold, bartered, or converted into real currency or real-world prizes under any circumstances. Any attempt to monetise ArcadeVirell points outside the platform constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination.
You agree to use ArcadeVirell only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their enjoyment of the platform. You must not: use abusive, harassing, threatening, or discriminatory language in any chat or social feature; attempt to manipulate, exploit, or reverse-engineer any aspect of the platform; create multiple accounts to circumvent suspensions or gain unfair point advantages; impersonate another user, member of our team, or any other individual; upload, transmit, or post any content that is unlawful, harmful, obscene, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
We reserve the right to moderate content and user behaviour, remove any material that violates these Terms, and suspend or permanently ban accounts that engage in prohibited conduct. Our moderation decisions are final.
All content on ArcadeVirell — including but not limited to the platform design, graphics, pirate-themed imagery, text, game logic, logos, and the ArcadeVirell name itself — is the exclusive property of ArcadeVirell or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any ArcadeVirell content without express written permission.
ArcadeVirell is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding uptime, accuracy of gameplay results, or suitability for any particular purpose. We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including any loss of virtual points due to technical failure.
Because no real money is involved, your maximum financial exposure from using ArcadeVirell is zero. We nonetheless strive to maintain a stable, fair, and enjoyable environment for every crew member.
We may update these Terms at any time. The revision date shown at the top of this page will reflect the most current version. We will notify active users of material changes through a notice on the platform. Continued use of ArcadeVirell after any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you disagree with updated Terms, you should cease using the platform and may request account deletion.
